What is the NCAA College Pass?
The NCAA College Pass gives you access to live & on-demand NCAA College Sports, available for viewers in Europe, Middle East & Africa. With over 3000 NCAA College Sport events & shows available live and on-demand; the NCAA College Pass is the ultimate ticket for any college sports fan. You can watch fixture by fixture, or you can watch one of three ESPN TV channels, the SEC Network, ESPNU and the Longhorn Network on ESPN Player.
What games are available?
The majority of NCAA fixtures broadcast in USA on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNews, ABC and ESPNU will be streamed live and on-demand on ESPN Player. Plus ACC Network Extra and SEC Network+ college football & college basketball (men's) games plus most college games from these networks. UPDATE: ESPN+ NCAA games and content (from April 2018) will not be available
The SEC Network, ESPNU and Longhorn Network are also available as full 24/7 linear channels on ESPN Player. These channels are available as simulcast (i.e. as live) and not available on-demand. Certain games (specifically from ESPNU) may be offered as a standalone game and could be available on-demand, please check the schedules for more information. More than 500 fixtures per season, including ESPN College GameDay and more than 35 Bowl Games, and the College Football Playoff semi-finals and final. Plus all content from SEC Network, ESPNU and Longhorn Network.
NCAA Men’s College Basketball
Over 700 fixtures per season including regular season games, Championship tournaments, College GameDay & signing days, Championship Week & every game from March Madness. Plus all content from SEC Network and ESPNU.
NCAA Women’s College Basketball
Over 550 games per season including Championship Week.

What is the March Madness Pass?
March Madness brings an end to the College Basketball season with a bang, as 67 games take place over 4 weeks to crown the National Champion
The March Madness pass gives you access to watch every single March Madness game live, including the Selection Sunday show, First Four, every game from round 1 & 2, Elite 8, Final 4 and then the Championship Final. Plus, get access to watch women's March Madness, SEC Network, ESPNU and Longhorn Network.
The pass is active as soon as you purchase, and will expire on 10th April 2018 (a few days after the final). The pass does not recur, it is a one-off cost and you will not be charged again after your initial purchase. The pass gives you access to all NCAA content during this time (including the three live TV channels, all college sport content and ESPN Films).
Please note, you cannot watch any March Madness content if you are watching in Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates or Yemen. The March Madness pass is not available in those countries.
What does 'Blackout' Mean?
In some countries (only some countries in the Middle East) ESPN Player will need to block certain content due to broadband restriction. If a game is listed as 'Blackout' it means that, unfortunately, that game is not available in your region.
Please note, if you are watching in Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates or Yemen certain fixtures will be blacked out - including 4 NCAAF games per week, 5 NCAAM games per week, every game from March Madness and the majority of Bowl Games.

What is the SEC Network, ESPNU & Longhorn Network?
On top of the 3000+ college sport fixtures available to NCAA subscribers, fans can also tune in to three 24/7 ESPN linear TV channels; The SEC Network, ESPNU and Longhorn Network. Coverage is simulcast live from the U.S. These channels are not available on-demand. SEC Network:The channel, developed by ESPN and the SouthEastern Conference, serves fans of one of the nation's most elite conference - the SEC. The network airs SEC content 24/7 including 45 SEC football games, 100 men's basketball games, 60 women's basketball games, 75 baseball games, 50 softball games and additional events from the SEC's 21 annual sports. Longhorn Network (LHN) is a partnership between ESPN and The University of Texas to serve Longhorn fans with Texas Sports coverage. LHN airs 175 exclusive events a year from all 20 UT sports, hundreds of hours of original studio content, weekly coaches' shows, live press conferences, pre and postgame analysis with Texas GameDay, All Access behind the scenes, and coverage of Lifetime Longhorns. Plus, LHN also covers UT campus academic events and happenings.

When does each match start?
Time and date information for each fixture / match-up is listed on each match item on the main scrolling timeline located at the top of ESPN Player NCAA page, and also included within the full schedule page. These are listed both in Eastern Time for all U.S. start times, and the local time to you as defined when you set your 'Country Viewing From' preference within your account area.
Are all fixtures available to watch on-demand?
All content (excluding those on SEC Network, and Longhorn Network) originally broadcast live will be available on-demand, with a turnaround time of up to four hours after each match has finished before they are uploaded to the on-demand section of the site. On-demand fixtures will be available for a maximum of 30 days after the fixture streams live.
The simulcast coverage of SEC Network, ESPNU & Longhorn Network is only available as live content only.
Please note; selected games might not be availble on-demand for 30 days. This could be for multiple reasons, including issues with the live broadcast, certain studio shows not avaialble or the content was not available on-demand in the U.S. and won't be available to ESPN Player
What subscription packages are available to watch NCAA College sport?
There are two different pass types available to watch NCAA college sport on ESPN Player. To purchase a pass, you must visit ESPN Player on your browser, there are no in-app purchases currently.NCAA College Monthly Recurring PassThe NCAA College Monthly Pass is your easiest way to enjoy NCAA action during those key times of the season. The NCAA College Monthly pass is an automatic recurring monthly pass, and you will be charged the monthly fee every month until you decide to cancel. To cancel, and avoid the following month’s charge, log-in via the desktop version and go to My Account > My Subscriptions cancel your subscription or you can contact email@example.com at least three working days before the next payment is due. There is no commitment, and no minimum term before you can cancel.NCAA College Annual Recurring PassThe NCAA College Annual pass is the ultimate college sports ticket and our best value pass. It gives you 12-months access to all of the NCAA content available on ESPN Player live and on-demand all year long – that’s more than 3000 NCAA events including ESPN’s two college sports focussed channels; The SEC Network and ESPNU. Your 12-month subscription begins from the time of purchase. At the end of 12 months, your NCAA College Annual Pass will automatically renew for a further 12-months, unless you wish to cancel it. To cancel, and avoid the following year's charge, log-in via the desktop version and go to My Account > My Subscriptions cancel your subscription or you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least three working days before the next payment is due. You can cancel at any point, and your access will remain until the 12 months expire.
The NCAA College Monthly recurring college pass offers you monthly access to all college games on the service and is ideally suited to the college football fan giving you flexibility to subscribe for as long as you wish.
How does the Monthly or Annual recurring pass work?
For the NCAA College Monthly Recurring Pass once purchased, customers will be able to gain access to the relevant service for a calendar month. Upon the end of the month, the pass will automatically renew. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th February, the pass will run until 14th March and will be automatically billed on 15th March.The minimum term is one month. There is no maximum term and so the monthly pass gives you the flexibility to subscribe for as long as you wish. For the NCAA College Annual Recurring Pass once purchased, customers will be able to gain access to the relevant service for 365 days from the time of purchase. Upon the end of the term, the pass will automatically renew. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th August 2016, the pass will run until 14th August 2017 and will be automatically billed on 15th August 2017.
The minimum term is one year. There is no maximum term so the annual pass gives you the flexibility to subscribe for as long as you wish. To turn off the renewal on your annual pass, log-in via the desktop version and go to My Account > My Subscriptions cancel your subscription or you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org or use our live chat module below.
How does the free trial work?
A 7 day free trial is available on both Monthly and Annual NCAA passes. The NCAA Bowls & Playoff pass does not come with a free trial.
Payment will be taken seven days after you subscribe / provide your payment details, unless you cancel before the end of the trial. You will need to enter your card details at the time of subscribing, but payment will be taken 7 days after this date (on the morning of the 7th day). You can cancel via the 'my account' section to end the free trial at any time - when cancelled your access to watch ESPN Player content will be withdrawn instantly.
7 day free trials are only available to new customers. If you have previously been a customer on ESPN Player you will not be eligible for the free trial and payment will be taken from your card on signup. If you have had an ESPN Player free trial in the last 12 months you are also not eligible to receive the Free Trial again. If your payment card has been used (in the 12 months) on ESPN Player, on any account, this card cannot be used for a free trial.
On what devices can I watch ESPN Player?
ESPN Player is available online via ESPNPlayer.com plus as a downloadable app on iPad, iPhone and Android Mobile. You can cast via AirPlay on iPhone & iPad App, whilst you can cast via ChromeCast or AirPlay on the Android Mobile App.
To access ESPN Player on your device simply visit the app store (App Store or Google Play) and find the ESPN Player app. If you are an EXISTING customer please use your ESPN Player username and password to log-in and access your account. If you are a NEW customer please subscribe to ESPN Player by visiting www.espnplayer.com on your internet browser. Once subscribed, launch the downloaded ESPN Player app on your mobile and enter your username and password to log-in and access your account.
Once you have downloaded your ESPN Player app, use your ESPN Player username and password to log-in and access your account. You must purchase your pass via a web browser (there is currently no in-app purchase).
ESPN Player is now available in the U.S. App Store
How else can I watch ESPN Player?
ESPN Player does not block connection by HDMI. You can connect your laptop to any TV by a HDMI cable.
ESPN Player is also compatible across multiple browsers, if using Google Chrome (on your computer) you can Chromecast ESPN Player to your TV, plus all apps are AirPlay compatible for Apple TV.
